From Self-Protection to Self-Trust

Join me and Sharon Padua for an intimate afternoon exploring the connection between facial tension, nervous system safety, and the stories we carry about identity.

From Self-Protection to Self-Trust

An intimate guided experience for women ready to release facial tension, question the stories they’ve outgrown, and reconnect with curiosity and self-trust.

Many women live under constant pressure to perform, look a certain way, and hold everything together. Over time, this tension doesn’t just affect the mind. It shows up in the body, especially in the face: tight jaws, clenched foreheads, and a face that feels constantly “on.”

In this intimate afternoon, I will be joining Speaker & Self-Trust Advocate Sharon Padua to guide participants to move from self-protection to self-trust.

What to expect

You’ll leave with a simple 2-minute facial reset, reflective journaling prompts, and a take-home ritual kit to continue the practice at home.

During our time together, we will:

  • Release: Learn a simple technique to release facial tension and reset the nervous system.
  • Reflect: Explore the “Nevers” in our lives—the things we once said we’d never do—and uncover what these resistances are protecting.
  • Reconnect: Engage in reflection and journaling exercises to reconnect with self-trust and clarify the next steps in your personal growth.
  • Restore: Leave with practical tools, a take-home ritual kit, and a renewed sense of confidence, curiosity, and clarity.
